Owen Thomas is an artist for whom the term bedroom pop could have been invented. Grasping the pop-punk ethos by recording all his songs through the pinhole microphone on his Mac laptop, OT does a fine line in sing-a-long pop songs, despite his modest claims to sound like “a rough demo”. Emerging from a vibrant Berwick music scene, Owen Thomas has cultivated his own brand of Folk Rock.
